you would like more information about serving on the Board, please contact Sandy
Hachey, Executive Director of TIA Yukon at sandy.hachey@northwestel.net or 867-668-8021 for
scope of work, roles and responsibilities and how the Board works for
industry.
To
be nominated to the Board, you must be a member in good standing with TIA Yukon
(including membership in good stead with a designated organization) and be in
the sector of which you are letting your name stand, i.e. transportation sector
runs for transportation seat. Seats available for

can nominate a member in good standing for any of the open seats by sending your
nomination in advance to the TIA Yukon office at sandy.hachey@northwestel.net or you can nominate from
the floor during the elections process at the
AGM.
Proxy
Voting
members may designate another voting member as their proxy at the 2010 Annual
General Meeting. No member may hold more
than two (2) proxies at any one (1) meeting.
